NFZ Expert: Healthcare Reform Needs Public Agreement, Not Just Money

Anna Gołębicka, a member of the National Health Fund (NFZ) council, said on the "Newsroom" programme that fixing Poland's healthcare system requires reaching a social agreement on a coherent model before allocating funds. She stressed that hospital reorganisation is about improving services, not closing facilities. Setting clear goals must come before financial commitments, she argued.
