Kowal: Poland and Ukraine Far from Agreement on Volhynia Genocide
Paweł Kowal, chair of the Council for Cooperation with Ukraine, assessed Polish-Ukrainian relations on Onet Rano, highlighting areas of strong collaboration but warning that the dispute over the Volhynia genocide remains deeply divisive. "We have dramatically fallen out," he said, adding that "agreement on this will not come for a long time." He identified Volhynia as the one area where reconciliation remains distant.
