M3GAN spin-off SOULM8TE skips cinemas and goes straight to streaming

Horror film SOULM8TE, a spin-off of the hit M3GAN, will skip cinema releases entirely and debut straight on streaming platforms. Universal removed it from the theatrical calendar in January, and hopes that another distributor would pick it up for a big-screen release have not materialised. The decision follows the disappointing box-office performance of M3GAN 2.0 in 2025.
