Finance Minister blocks UOKiK penalty collection from Gazprom's frozen assets

Finance Minister Andrzej Domański has blocked the collection of a legally upheld financial penalty from Gazprom's frozen assets in Poland. UOKiK president Tomasz Chróstny, who imposed the fine and successfully defended it in court, has expressed outrage at the ministry's decision. The case was reported by Thursday's edition of "Puls Biznesu".
