Poland has 6 divisions on paper but only 2 combat-ready
Despite official declarations of six divisions, the Polish army is realistically able to field only two of them in combat, according to analyses of the military's actual capabilities. The remaining units exist largely on paper, lacking training, equipment or personnel. This represents a serious challenge for national security amid threats from the east.
