Warmer air arrives from the west, storms threaten north-eastern Poland

Cool conditions persist in northern Poland on Thursday, but a warmer air mass is moving in from the west. The IMGW has issued warnings for heavy rain and thunderstorms in the north-eastern part of the country. Coastal areas are under level-2 flood alerts due to rising water levels.
