Czech president: Ukraine has until end of September to force Putin into talks

Czech President Petr Pavel has warned that Ukraine has only until the end of September to pressure Vladimir Putin into peace negotiations, after which Russia may escalate the war. Pavel made the remarks in an interview, also revealing details of closed-door discussions at the NATO summit in Ankara regarding the situation on the front lines.
