Health minister warned Tusk of system collapse for months before he acted

Health Minister Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda reportedly warned Prime Minister Donald Tusk for months about the catastrophic state of Poland's healthcare system and the risk of imminent collapse, but the premier long ignored her warnings. It was only a scandal involving Warsaw hospitals that forced Tusk to act and accept the minister's proposed reforms.
