"Godzilla Minus One" director Yamazaki to make sci-fi "Nue" with Ridley Scott

Takashi Yamazaki, the Japanese director behind "Godzilla Minus One", has teamed up with Ridley Scott and 20th Century Studios on a sci-fi film called "Nue". The project draws on Japanese folklore — the Nue is a mythical creature with a monkey's head, deer's body and tiger's legs. Yamazaki called it a childhood dream he is honoured to finally realise.
