No Hacks spinoff planned — co-creator Paul W. Downs says they're happy with the ending

Paul W. Downs, co-creator and star of HBO's "Hacks," has ruled out a spinoff following the show's fifth and final season, which broke the record for the most Emmy nominations for a comedy series. Downs told Variety that the creative team is "so happy with how it ended" and sees no need to continue the story through a Jimmy and Kayla spinoff.
