Doctor: Successive governments ruined healthcare — blame is misplaced
Dr Jarosław Mijas, head of the Paediatric Clinical Ward in Strzelce Opolskie, says Poland's healthcare problems — including doctors' pay — are the result of years of populist, election-driven reforms by successive governments.
