Poland's KNF to require upfront fees for licence applications
The Polish Senate has proposed technical amendments to a law changing how the Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) collects fees. Under the new rules, banks and brokerage houses will have to pay fees for licence and registry applications upfront, before proceedings conclude. Currently, fees are paid only after a case is completed.
