Developers face fines up to 10% of turnover for hiding property prices in Poland
The Polish Senate proposed on Wednesday amendments to legislation requiring property developers to disclose prices and floor areas in a standardised format on the dane.gov.pl portal. Failure to comply would constitute an act of unfair competition, with fines of up to 10% of a company's annual turnover.
