6,000 soldiers of Poland's 16th Division trained in firing and river crossings during "Bursztynowy Obrońca 26"
The "Bursztynowy Obrońca 26" exercises of Poland's 16th Pomeranian Mechanised Division involved more than 6,000 soldiers over two weeks at the Orzysz training ground in north-eastern Masuria. Troops practised live firing, tactical movement and river crossings. Defence24 reporters joined artillerists on K9 howitzers and a mechanised brigade during the "Dzielny Dzik 26" episode, observing both live fire and armoured vehicle manoeuvres.
