Polish health ministry unveils reform plan including higher doctors' pay

Polish Health Minister Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda presented a healthcare reform plan on 8 July, acknowledging that "imperfections had been accumulating for years" in the system. One of the key elements of the plan concerns doctors' pay. The reform is intended to address deep structural problems in Poland's public healthcare system.
