Polish Antitrust Office Raids BIK, ING and mBank Over Credit Data Sharing

Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), with court approval and police escort, raided the headquarters of BIK, ING Bank Śląski, mBank and mBank Hipoteczny. The investigators are checking whether the institutions' use of credit inquiry data restricts competition and harms consumers shopping for the best loan offers.
