Russia bans diesel exports after earlier petrol export ban, deputy PM says situation remains difficult

Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, quoted by RIA Novosti after a meeting with Vladimir Putin, acknowledged that the fuel situation in the country remains difficult. The successive export restrictions point to deepening problems with supplying Russia's domestic market.
