UOKiK raids mBank, ING and BIK over credit scoring practices

Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) carried out searches at mBank, ING Bank and the Credit Information Bureau (BIK). The regulator's actions are focused on the institutions' credit scoring and creditworthiness assessment practices. No formal charges have been disclosed yet.
