Trump proposes licensing Patriot missile production to Ukraine

Donald Trump announced Wednesday that he would discuss granting Ukraine a licence to manufacture Patriot air defence systems domestically. The proposal goes beyond Kyiv's existing requests for additional ready-made Patriot batteries. The idea has not yet been agreed with manufacturer Raytheon.
