Poland's health reform: salary caps, mandatory hospital shifts and e-waiting lists
Poland's Ministry of Health announced three key reforms on Wednesday: caps on individual doctors' salaries and hospital budgets, a requirement for doctors to be employed on at least a half-time basis at one hospital, and the introduction of an electronic waiting-list system.
