David Chase returns to TV with HBO's 'Project: MKUltra' series

David Chase, creator of The Sopranos, is returning to television after nearly two decades with "Project: MKUltra," a limited series for HBO. The show will explore the CIA's secret mind-control programme from the 1950s and '60s. Chase also admitted he made a mistake with his film "The Many Saints of Newark."
