BNB Chain builds new Layer 1 for agentic trading, testnet by end-2026

BNB Chain has announced it is building a new Layer 1 blockchain designed specifically for agentic trading, featuring sub-50ms preconfirmation times and no public mempool. The testnet is targeted for release by the end of 2026, with the mainnet planned for 2027. The project aims to strengthen BNB Chain's position in decentralised finance and algorithmic trading.
