Polish Health Minister Announces Cap on Top Medical Salaries
Polish Health Minister Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda announced plans to introduce a maximum salary cap in the healthcare sector, ending the practice of excessive pay for top executives. She was joined at the press conference by NFZ president Filip Nowak and Patient Rights Ombudsman Bartłomiej Chmielowiec. The minister stressed that the Polish healthcare system is built on dedicated and responsible professionals.
