Replaceable-battery Nintendo Switch 2 coming to Europe in autumn 2026

Nintendo has revealed details of a refreshed Switch 2 model for the European market, compliant with EU regulations requiring user-replaceable batteries. The updated console will be slightly heavier than the current version but will allow users to swap out the battery themselves.
