Polish Justice Ministry proposes notary fee hikes — rates could multiply

Poland's Ministry of Justice has sent a draft regulation to consultation that would raise the maximum fees notaries may charge — in some cases by several times the current rates. The proposed changes would affect anyone using notarial services for real estate transactions and other legal acts. The draft has been published at the Government Legislation Centre.
