Polish health minister caps doctors' pay at 240 PLN gross per hour

Poland's health minister has announced plans to cap doctors' pay at 240 PLN gross per hour in hospitals funded by the National Health Fund (NFZ). The reform aims to curb wage disparities and improve budget management in public healthcare facilities. Limits on overall wage spending per hospital are also planned as part of the overhaul.
