KSeF after 5 months: system well-rated but disrupts internal document flow

Five months after its launch, Poland's mandatory e-invoicing system KSeF is being positively rated by the employees who operate it in businesses. However, the system has complicated internal document workflows within companies. Firms are still adapting to the organisational changes the rollout has required.
