Bydgoszcz probe: private firm suspected of defrauding NFZ millions via neurosurgery contracts

The District Prosecutor's Office in Bydgoszcz is investigating controversial neurosurgical procedures at a hospital in Mogilno. A private company is suspected of signing an unfavourable contract with the hospital and defrauding the National Health Fund (NFZ) of millions of złoty. Doctors involved in the procedures reportedly earned exceptionally high fees.
