United Airlines to face lawsuit over selling windowless "window seats"

A judge has rejected United Airlines' attempt to dismiss a lawsuit filed by passengers who claim the carrier sold them "window seats" in rows with no actual windows. The airline sought to have the case thrown out without a hearing on the merits, but the court refused. The case will now proceed.
