Poland seeks extradition of "Matador" from Argentina for kidnapping and killing Kubaczka
Polish prosecutors have filed an extradition request for Piotr K., alias "Matador," currently held in custody in Argentina. He has been wanted under an arrest warrant since 16 January for the kidnapping with extreme cruelty and murder of Marek Kubaczka, a witness in a case involving the death of a 19-year-old footballer. Kubaczka was abducted in September 2025 near his home in Katowice; his body was later found in a grave where another person had been buried.
