Russian arms industry hits full capacity as civilian economy stagnates

Russia's defence industry has reached maximum production capacity and can no longer drive economic growth at its previous pace, according to the country's Ministry of Industry. Macroeconomic data points to deepening stagnation in civilian sectors of the economy. The country is losing its main economic engine at a time when military spending continues to climb.
