UOKiK inspects BIK and banks over credit scoring rules

The President of UOKiK (Poland's consumer and competition watchdog) has launched an inspection at the offices of the Credit Information Bureau (BIK) and selected banks. Investigators are checking whether credit scoring rules and information sharing within the banking system restrict competition in the financial market.
