22-year-old arrested for killing sister and attacking mother in Lower Silesia

A 22-year-old man from Lutynia in Lower Silesia has been remanded in custody on suspicion of killing his 20-year-old sister and attempting to kill his mother. The mother remains in a life-threatening condition. Investigators are establishing the circumstances of the family tragedy.
