Russia hits Kyiv and Kharkiv overnight — 3 dead, dozens wounded

Russian forces launched missile strikes across Ukraine on Tuesday night into Wednesday, hitting Kyiv and Kharkiv among other targets. At least three people were killed and dozens more were wounded. The strikes hit a petrol station and numerous residential buildings; the upper floors of one apartment block in Kharkiv were completely destroyed.
