Berlin court to deliver verdict in doctor's murder trial over 15 patient deaths

A Berlin court is set to deliver its verdict in the trial of a doctor accused of murdering 15 seriously ill patients. At the same time, German lawmakers are debating proposals to expand digital investigation powers for police.
