50 years after first women's match at Lord's, pioneers reunite
Ten women — nine England players and one Australian — who made history on 4 August 1976 by playing the first women's cricket match at Lord's will reunite in London on Thursday. England won that one-day international by eight wickets, chasing down 162 thanks to half-centuries from Enid Bakewell and Chris Watmough. The reunion takes place on the eve of the first women's Test match at Lord's.
