Father Suspected of Abusing Infant Daughter Dies in Pre-Trial Detention in Wrocław

Ivan Y., who was held in pre-trial detention in Wrocław along with his wife on charges related to the death of their one-year-old daughter, has died in custody. Investigators have launched an inquiry into the circumstances of his death, and his body has been sent for autopsy. Both parents had previously been charged in connection with the infant's death.
