BBN chief: Budanov's remarks on Poland-Ukraine tensions are irresponsible blame-shifting

Bartosz Grodecki, head of Poland's National Security Bureau (BBN), said in Ankara that remarks by Kyrylo Budanov — head of the Ukrainian president's office — about a possible escalation around the anniversary of the Volhynia massacres are irresponsible.
