Zenvo Aurora hypercar with V12 and four turbos hits 300 km/h before rivals reach 100
Zenvo will debut production-spec Aurora Tur prototypes at the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed. The hypercar combines a V12 engine with four turbos and three electric motors, reaching 186 mph (300 km/h) before many cars even hit 60 mph. Customer deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2027.

The hypercar world is filled with ambitious promises, but very few projects survive the brutal journey from concept reveal to customer delivery. Zenvo says its Aurora is now entering one of the most important phases of that process as the company prepares to show production-spec validation prototypes at the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed.

More importantly, these hyper.cars are intended to represent what customers will actually receive when deliveries begin next year. Suffice it to say, a boatload of horsepower is very much on the menu.
The Danish automaker is bringing two Aurora Tur validation prototypes and an Aurora Agil show car to Goodwood after completing final preparations at its facility in Præstø, Denmark. The appearance marks a major milestone for a program first shown dynamically at the event in 2025 and is part of Zenvo’s stated plan to begin customer deliveries in the second half of 2027.

The Most Powerful Production V12 Ever
Photos: Zenvo
At the heart of the Aurora sits what Zenvo claims is the most powerful V12 ever fitted to a road car. Developed with Mahle Powertrain, the bespoke 6.6-liter quad-turbocharged engine produces 1,250 hp (932 kW) and 885 lb-ft (1,200 Nm) of torque while revving to 9,800 rpm. Three electric motors add another 600 hp (447 kW), bringing total system output to a staggering 1,850 hp (1,380 kW) and 1,254 lb-ft (1,700 Nm) of torque.
Those figures translate into some equally impressive performance claims. Zenvo estimates a 0-62 mph (100 km/h) sprint in 2.3 seconds, 0-186 mph (300 km/h) in nine seconds, and 0-249 mph (400 km/h) in 17 seconds. To put that in perspective, the Aurora reaches 186 mph in about the same time a lot of ordinary cars take just to hit 60 mph (97 km/h).
Top speed is estimated at 260 mph (420 km/h). Despite the hybrid hardware and all-wheel-drive system, the Aurora Tur carries a claimed dry weight of 3,413 pounds (1,548 kg).
Two Flavors, Fifty Cars

Zenvo plans to offer Aurora in two forms. The Agil targets track-day enthusiasts with a lighter, more aggressive setup, while the Tur focuses on grand touring duties without sacrificing outright performance. Both variants share the same carbon-composite architecture and hybrid V12 powertrain concept.
Only 50 examples of the Aurora will be built, making exclusivity nearly as extreme as the performance. The real test, however, isn’t the spec sheet. It’s whether Zenvo can successfully transition from impressive prototypes to customer cars, and Goodwood will provide the clearest look yet at how close the company really is to achieving that goal.
