Russia may play at 2027 Volleyball World Championship in Poland — Świderski warns of legal limits

The IOC's decision to reinstate Russian athletes could pave the way for Russia's return to international volleyball. If FIVB lifts its suspension of the Russian national team, it will almost certainly gain the right to compete at the 2027 Volleyball World Championship hosted by Poland. Polish Volleyball Federation president Sebastian Świderski stressed that FIVB cannot order Poland to violate its own national law.
