Poles buy more homes as new property prices rise 5.7%

Poland's Central Statistical Office (GUS) reports that property sales rose 2.9% year-on-year in 2025. Prices of new homes climbed 5.7%, while second-hand properties became 4.2% more expensive. The market remains active despite the rising cost of purchase.
