Trump-appointed judge blocks DOJ subpoena for Georgia election workers' data
A Trump-appointed judge has blocked the Justice Department's attempt to obtain personal data — names and contact information — of county election workers and volunteer poll workers in Georgia. The DOJ had served a grand jury subpoena in April seeking that information. The ruling protects the identities of election officials from disclosure.
