Drunk Grandmother With 3‰ Blood Alcohol Left in Charge of Two Grandchildren

A 65-year-old woman was found with 3 per mille of alcohol in her blood while looking after her five- and seven-year-old grandchildren, who were staying with her during the summer holidays. The woman was staggering in the street while the children were visibly frightened. Police intervened.
