Russell T Davies teases new TV project but doubts it works

Welsh screenwriter Russell T Davies has teased a new TV project called "Tip Toe", but admitted he "doesn't know if it works." Davies noted that the issues explored in the project are not exclusive to the LGBT community. The project appears to be at an early stage.
