Parents in Poland are spending up to 20,000 PLN a year on private tutoring and exam-preparation courses for their children. Demand is so high that some schools and tutoring companies have no available spots left for the 2026/2027 school year, even though the summer holidays have just begun. Experts warn that private lessons are increasingly compensating for gaps left by the public school system.
