14th pension: ZUS stops payout when base benefit exceeds 4,828.49 PLN

The 14th pension benefit is formally available to all retirees and disability pensioners in Poland, but its payment depends on the size of the recipient's base pension. Once the base pension exceeds 2,900 PLN, the 14th pension is reduced zloty-for-zloty. Anyone whose pension exceeds 4,828.49 PLN receives nothing, as the minimum payout threshold of 50 PLN is no longer met.
