Le Pen Confirmed Guilty on Appeal, Immediately Launches Presidential Campaign

A French court of appeal confirmed Marine Le Pen's guilty verdict for misuse of EU funds. Within hours of the ruling, the National Rally leader defiantly launched her presidential campaign.
