Integrated Investment Plans may be the last resort for building permits

Integrated Investment Plans (ZPI) have been available since September 2023, but rigid regulations made them unpopular among developers. Now, as planning reform limits access to traditional building condition decisions, ZPI may become the only viable route for new developments. The shift could significantly reshape Poland's real estate and construction market.
