Kraken wins $22M arbitration against auditor Mazars

Crypto exchange Kraken, operating as Payward, has won a $22 million arbitration against auditing firm Mazars. Mazars abandoned a nearly complete audit of Kraken during Operation Choke Point 2.0, a US government campaign targeting the crypto industry. The arbitration panel ruled in Kraken's favour and awarded the damages.
