Court approves $46M 23andMe settlement for 2023 data breach

A court has approved a $46 million settlement in the 2023 23andMe data breach case. Roughly half of all 23andMe customers were affected by the breach. Impacted users will be eligible to claim compensation under the terms of the settlement.
